💵 Pricing & Billing

How much does storage cost?

$15 / month / bin while bin is in storage. You only start paying for storage once a bin is picked up and received at our facility. Storage fees are charged on the 1st of each month, covering the upcoming month’s storage and any prorated amount from the previous month.

If I only store my bins for half the month, do I still pay for a full month?

Your first month is prorated from the pickup day. Example: Pickup on the 20th of a 30-day month → 11/30 × $15 = $5.50 per bin. When we deliver bins from storage, we do not prorate that month's storage.

How much does pickup and delivery cost?

Whenever a bin has stuff inside, it’s $5 / bin pickup from you and $5 / bin delivery to you. Empty bin pickups and deliveries are always free.

What if I never use the bins?

No problem! Request a free pickup within 15 days and we’ll retrieve them with no charges and full deposit refund. After 15 days, your deposit will be forfeited and the bin will be treated as purchased.

Do you offer discounts for large or long-term storage?

We might! Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do I pay?

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. You can also enable Auto Pay in your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Storage is billed month to month.
