Bin There Bins is a valet storage service. We provide durable 27-gallon bins, pick them up, store them securely, and return them whenever you need — all managed through your personal portal.
We currently operate in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area.
You can store clothing, books, decorations, small electronics, holiday items, kitchenware, and more — as long as it’s legal, non-hazardous, non-perishable, and fits in the bin.
We use 27-gallon storage bins with the following dimensions:

No. We provide clean, durable bins designed for safe transport and storage. They are included in your service.
Yes — each bin requires a $15 refundable deposit. You’ll receive it back when bins are returned clean and undamaged.
No. To ensure consistency and safe handling, we require the use of our standardized bins. Don’t worry, they’re free to use!
Yes — up to 10 empty bins at a time. Need more? Contact us and we’ll review.
15 days. After 15 days, your deposit may be forfeited.
Yes, 55 lbs per bin. Overweight bins may incur an additional monthly fee equal to the cost of one bin.
$15/month per full bin. You only start paying once a bin is picked up and received at our facility.
$5 per full bin for pickup and $5 per full bin for delivery. Empty bin delivery and pickup are free.
No problem! Request a free pickup within 15 days and we’ll retrieve them with no charges and full deposit refund. After 15 days, your deposit will be forfeited and the bin will be treated as purchased.

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. You can also enable Auto Pay in your account.
Yes. Storage is month-to-month. We don’t pro-rate mid-month Bin Storage removals, and proration for first-month starts is billed on the next invoice. Deposits are refunded after inspection.

You’ll need to reschedule, and a rescheduling fee will apply.
Not necessarily. You can leave instructions and a safe location for your bins. If bins are left outside, you accept all risk of loss or damage while unattended.
No. However, we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee of up to $100 per bin. To qualify, upload a description or photo before pickup and report any claim within 48 hours of delivery. We encourage you to contact your insurance agent for coverage of valuables worth more than $100.
Bins are stored in our secure, climate-controlled facility in Nashville.
Yes. You can upload photos and notes for each bin through the portal.
Yes! Use the portal for this. Do not write directly on the bins, as they are reused.
